MotMot Travel is a small travel company offering holidays in just the few special unspoilt Caribbean islands that we know best and are passionate about. We aim to offer the perfect travel combination of activity and relaxation in beautiful natural environments.
We are Gilbert Bastyra and Vivianne McGrath, and we are a brother and sister team. We were both born and raised in the Caribbean and have travelled widely in the area and Latin America. Gilbert has worked at several resorts in the Caribbean and has just returned to the UK after a stint as General Manager of The Asa Wright Nature Centre in Trinidad. We are both available to answer all your initial questions, offer honest advice and help design and arrange your perfect holiday. We also have an excellent team in the Caribbean to make sure that all your transfers run smoothly, advice or assistance is available when needed and your expectations are fulfilled and exceeded while you are on holiday.
Our expertise is ideally suited to couples or groups of friends and family who wish to travel independently and seek a unique experience away from the crowds but with first class back up and services. All our suggested itineraries are individually created to achieve the eclectic requirements of our many clients, but remember, these are only suggestions and we will help you find an itinerary that is perfect for you.
We will give you honest, friendly advice on everything from the most charming, stylish and interesting places to stay to the most knowledgeable guides. Because we know these islands intimately, we can offer you a very personal service based on the fact that we are completely familiar with every hotel, property, restaurant and tour that we recommend.
